1. About These Terms

These Website Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Alienwater Technologies LLC, the developer and operator of Atlas Performance Institute, also known as Atlas PI.

By accessing atlas-pi.app or submitting information through an enabled early-access form, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

2. Prelaunch Website

Atlas PI is under development. Website descriptions, illustrations, interface previews, planned capabilities, availability dates, and launch information may change before release.

Nothing on the website guarantees that a particular feature, integration, subscription, platform, beta opportunity, or release date will become available.

3. Early Access Registration

When early-access enrollment is enabled, you may submit an email address to receive Atlas PI development, beta, availability, and launch communications.

You agree to:

• Submit an email address you are authorized to use;
• Provide accurate information;
• Not enroll another person without authorization;
• Not use automated methods to submit addresses;
• Not interfere with or abuse the registration service; and
• Follow any eligibility or beta conditions communicated to you.

Joining the list does not guarantee selection for a beta program, early access, free access, premium access, or any particular launch benefit.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the public website for lawful, personal, informational, and legitimate business-evaluation purposes.

You may not:

• Use the website in violation of applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases, or infrastructure;
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
• Circumvent rate limits, security mechanisms, or access controls;
• Submit malicious code, spam, deceptive requests, or fraudulent information;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract website content or submitted information through unauthorized automated means;
• Impersonate Alienwater Technologies LLC, Atlas PI, another individual, or another organization;
• Use Atlas PI names, graphics, interfaces, or content to mislead others about affiliation or endorsement; or
• Interfere with the website’s availability, performance, or security.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, Atlas PI product concepts, software interfaces, designs, text, graphics, branding, visual systems, and other materials provided by Alienwater Technologies LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to access and use the website under these terms, no license or ownership right is granted to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial products from protected Atlas PI material without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.

6. Feedback

You may voluntarily submit feedback or suggestions. You grant Alienwater Technologies LLC permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of confidential material that we have separately agreed in writing to protect.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, security, application-store, communication, or other services.

Alienwater Technologies LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.

8. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the prelaunch website at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not obligated to maintain the website or preserve a particular preview, description, or early-access opportunity.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Product previews and descriptions are informational and do not constitute medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alienwater Technologies LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the prelaunch website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by applicable law.

11. Suspension and Protection of the Service

We may block or restrict access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the website, users, infrastructure, legal rights, or the public, or to investigate suspected abuse or violations of these terms.

12. International Access

The website may be accessible from multiple countries and regions. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the website.

Availability of the website in a location does not represent that every planned Atlas PI feature or application service will be offered or legally available there.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

Applicable law and dispute requirements may depend on the location and legal organization of Alienwater Technologies LLC, the nature of the service, and mandatory rights that apply to the user.

More specific governing-law, venue, and dispute provisions may be published before the Atlas PI mobile application launches.

Nothing in these website terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the website and Atlas PI develop. The effective date will be revised when changes are published.

Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate method. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

15. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
