Website and Early Access Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
This policy explains how Alienwater Technologies LLC handles information associated with the Atlas Performance Institute website, support communications, and early-access registration.
1. Who We Are
Atlas Performance Institute, also referred to as “Atlas PI,” is a product developed and operated by Alienwater Technologies LLC.
In this Privacy Policy, “Atlas PI,” “Alienwater Technologies,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alienwater Technologies LLC and the Atlas Performance Institute product.
This policy applies to the website located at atlas-pi.app, related public pages, early-access registration, and communications submitted to support@atlas-pi.app.
2. Scope of This Policy
Atlas PI is currently preparing for public launch. This policy presently covers the public website and planned early-access registration process.
Before the Atlas PI mobile application becomes publicly available, this policy will be updated to explain the information processed through the application, including applicable account, training, recovery, weight, nutrition, performance, coaching, device, subscription, and health-integration information.
When the early-access form is enabled, submitted email addresses and associated consent records are stored for the purpose of maintaining the Atlas PI early-access list and sending future beta, product, and launch communications.
3. Information We May Collect
3.1 Information You Provide

We do not ask website visitors to submit injury records, medical details, weight records, training histories, payment-card details, or application credentials through the early-access form.
3.2 Information Processed Automatically
When you access the website, our hosting, network-security, and technical infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as:
