Important Information
Training and Health Disclaimer
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Atlas PI is designed to support informed athletic preparation. It is not a substitute for medical care, emergency services, or individualized professional judgment.
1. Prelaunch Information
The public Atlas PI website currently presents product concepts, planned capabilities, and illustrative interface previews. The mobile application is still under development, and product functionality may change before release.
2. Not Medical Advice
Atlas PI and its website do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, physical therapy, psychiatric care, or other licensed healthcare services.
Information presented through Atlas PI is intended for general educational, organizational, and athletic-performance support.
It must not replace consultation with a physician, athletic trainer, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or another appropriately qualified professional.
3. Training Risk
Combat sports, strength training, conditioning, sparring, weight management, and other athletic activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, disability, and death.
You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you and for following applicable coaching, facility, competition, and professional medical guidance.
4. Stop and Seek Appropriate Help
Stop training and seek appropriate professional or emergency help if you experience warning signs such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, confusion, signs of heat illness, severe dehydration, neurological symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, serious injury, or another urgent concern.
Do not use Atlas PI to delay emergency evaluation or treatment. Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance may be required.
5. Weight Management and Hydration
Rapid weight loss, dehydration, water manipulation, heat exposure, fasting, electrolyte manipulation, and aggressive nutrition practices may cause serious harm.
Athletes should not begin or continue a weight-cutting strategy solely because an application displays a target, projection, status, or recommendation.
Weight-management decisions should account for individual health, age, body composition, competition rules, environmental conditions, medication use, prior weight-cut history, and qualified professional supervision.
6. Injury and Training Protection Information
A training restriction, protection, readiness status, or return-to- participation indicator in Atlas PI does not establish that an athlete is medically cleared.
Application guidance cannot identify every injury, complication, contraindication, or change in condition. Professional restrictions and medical instructions take priority over application output.
7. Recovery and Performance Signals
Readiness, recovery, sleep, soreness, workload, nutrition, weight, and performance interpretations depend on available information and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by user input and connected-device limitations.
Terms such as “Primed,” “Monitor,” “Protect,” “On track,” or similar Atlas PI states are performance-support classifications. They are not medical diagnoses or guarantees of safety or performance.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Output
Atlas PI may use software-based or artificial-intelligence-assisted methods to organize information and generate recommendations, summaries, plans, or interpretations.
Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for a particular athlete, or based on incorrect assumptions. It must be reviewed using sound judgment and relevant professional guidance.
9. Coaches and Other Professionals
Coach access to Atlas PI does not convert Alienwater Technologies LLC into an employer, medical provider, governing body, or supervisory authority for that coach.
Coaches and professionals remain responsible for acting within their qualifications, applicable laws, competition rules, ethical duties, and the scope of their relationship with the athlete.
10. No Performance Guarantee
Atlas PI does not guarantee competitive outcomes, physical improvements, weight results, injury prevention, recovery, selection, ranking, earnings, or any other performance result.
